Juicy lucy burgers are always a hit with their hot melted cheese and crispy, savory bacon.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of ground beef divided into fourths
  • 1 block of colby jack cheese
  • 4 strips of thick cut bacon

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cheese into 1" squares.
  • Press the cheese into each piece of ground beef and shape it into a patty.
  • Wrap each burger with a strip of bacon, then add to a large cast iron skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on both sides or until bacon is crispy.
  • Add it to a toasted bun with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
