Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Add melted butter, eggs and vanilla and mix with a hand mixer just until everything is well incorporated.
Add Chocolate chips and give a quick swirl to mix into the batter.
Transfer to a 10" Cast iron skillet.
Bake @ 350°F for 30 minutes.
Notes
The brownies will continue to bake after removed from the oven. Check with a toothpick and when there's just a little dough stuck to it, remove it from the oven.
