Double Chocolate Skillet Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp of vanilla
  • 1 Stick of butter 1/2 cup, melted
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Add melted butter, eggs and vanilla and mix with a hand mixer just until everything is well incorporated.
  • Add Chocolate chips and give a quick swirl to mix into the batter.
  • Transfer to a 10" Cast iron skillet.
  • Bake @ 350°F for 30 minutes.

Notes

The brownies will continue to bake after removed from the oven. Check with a toothpick and when there's just a little dough stuck to it, remove it from the oven.
