Ingredients
1
beef liver cut into thin strips
2
cups
of whole milk
1
cup
of flour
1
teaspoon
each of salt and pepper
1
tablespoon
of avocado oil
or cooking oil of choice
4
cloves
of garlic
minced
1 1/2
cups
of frozen broccoli florets
1
thinly sliced bell pepper
2
carrots cut into thin strips
1
tablespoon
of sesame seeds
2
tablespoons
of sliced almonds
1/8
cup
of soy sauce
1/4
cup
of teriyaki sauce
Stir fry noodles
Instructions
Soak beef liver in the milk for 1-2 hours
Prepare noodles according to instructions on the package.
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a small bowl and run each piece of liver through it to coat.
Heat a 12" skillet over medium heat with oil. Add liver and sear for 30 seconds per side.
Remove the meat and add the garlic, vegetables, sesame seeds and almonds. Cook until the veggies begin to soften.
Stir the meat back in and add the sauces. Continue cooking until meat is cooked through.
Serve immediately
Notes
Adjust the sauce measurements to your personal preference. Or add in a dash of stir fry sauce for a tangy flavor!
