Combine the ingredients for the bang bang sauce in a mixing bowl or glass jar and whisk it up until smooth. I mix it in a mason jar so I can store the leftovers directly in the jar.
Next, combine the chicken, paprika, onion powder, pepper, soy sauce, olive oil, and ¼ cup of bang bang sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
Heat your skillet or pan with a dash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
Assemble your plate! Serve the chicken over steamed rice with a colorful bed of shredded cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, and green onions. Don’t forget to drizzle that delicious Bang Bang sauce over everything!
Notes
Save time by using pre-cut chicken breasts or tenders.
Feel free to swap the veggies in the slaw for what you have on hand. Broccoli, bell peppers, or snap peas work well.
If you don't have sriracha, try using a spicy mayo instead for a similar flavor kick.
Leftover chicken is great for sandwiches, wraps, or stir-fries.
