Get your oven preheating to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and sea salt until combined.
Add the Greek yogurt to the flour mixture. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to combine the yogurt and flour mixture together. The dough will look crumbly and sticky.
Once the dough comes together, turn it out onto your work surface and divide it into 8-10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Place the dough balls onto a sheet of parchment paper to prevent them from sticking.
Flatten each dough ball into a disc shape and use your finger to poke a hole in the center. Gently shape the dough into a bagel shape, flattening and pressing as needed.
Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle "Everything Bagel Seasoning" over the wet egg wash.
Line a cast iron skillet or baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the bagels on top.
Bake bagels in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
