Ingredients

ground beef

macaroni noodles

beef broth

canned diced tomatoes

shredded cheddar cheese

marinara sauce

of coconut aminos or soy sauce

each of pepper
garlic powder, basil, oregano

red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley for garnishing.
Instructions
Cook ground beef and onions in the dutch oven on the stove until the meat is browned.
As soon as the meat is browned, add in the remainder of the ingredients except for cheese and bring to a boil.
Stir the ingredients every so often to keep from sticking to the bottom.
Once the noodles are cooked through, stir the cheese in and top with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately
